Boots On The Ground Coffee Co. is a veteran and family-owned mobile coffee business proudly serving Northeast Louisiana. Founded on a deep commitment to service, community, and gratitude, our mission goes far beyond serving great coffee—we’re honored to serve those who have dedicated their lives to serving others.

Jim’s background in service runs deep. He previously enlisted in the U.S. Navy Seabees and later continued his military career as a commissioned officer. He and Mindy have numerous family members who have proudly served—and continue to serve—in the United States military, including Mindy’s late father, who was a Vietnam Veteran. These experiences created a strong and lasting connection to the military community and a genuine passion for honoring those who wear the uniform.

The commitment to service also extends beyond the military as Jim spent more than 20 years working as a paramedic in EMS/Fire, giving him firsthand experience with the dedication, sacrifice, and challenges faced by first responders. Those years of service shaped the heart of Boots On The Ground Coffee Co. and inspired us to stand behind Law Enforcement, Fire, EMS and every branch of the U.S. military.
